We bill monthly with the same amount due on the first of every month, regardless of any holidays or vacations.

Closures
We are closed on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Eve
- New Year’s Day (and observed New Year’s Day)
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
These holidays will be paid by the client. In addition, we close for a two-week break around the winter holidays, and a one-week spring break; dates vary.
Brightwheel
We use a mobile app to communicate with parents during the day. We are able to log diapers, food, bottles, upload pictures, leave notes, and take attendance. We also use the Brightwheel website to issue invoices and electronically collect tuition. It is free to use!
Tour Procedure
We have very limited infant spots and they go very quickly! Please check with us on timing before scheduling a tour for infant spots as we don’t want to waste anyone’s time. For children ages 2–4, we usually have openings throughout the year.
